Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping

  • Delivered via USPS Ground Advantage

  • Estimated transit: 3–5 business days

Priority Shipping

  • Delivered via USPS Priority

  • Estimated transit: 1–3 business days

These are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier operations.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to follow your package’s progress until delivery.

Order Insurance

All orders are insured against loss or damage in transit at no additional cost to you.
This means if your package is lost or damaged before delivery, we will work with you to resolve the issue based on tracking and carrier verification.

If your order appears as delivered but you do not receive it, please first check with household members and neighbors before contacting us.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • For orders eligible for Free Shipping ($65+), no shipping charges will apply.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship only within the United States.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer entry error.
