Thank you for shopping with Soul Kissed Suds. We take pride in the quality, care, and craftsmanship of every product we create. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare and body products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or for products that have been opened or used.

What We Do Accept

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If any of the following occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right:

  • A product arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise unusable
  • You received the wrong item or the order is incorrect

To qualify for a replacement or refund under these conditions, we may require:

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

What We Cannot Accept

Because our products are handmade and intended for personal care, we cannot accept:

  • Returns for products that have been opened
  • Returns for products that have been used
  • Returns for change of mind or preference
  • Exchanges of one scent/variant for another

This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of safety and quality for every customer.

Refunds & Replacements

If a refund is approved (only in cases of our error or a damaged product):

  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part

If a replacement is approved:

  • We will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Tracking will be provided once the replacement is sent
